Our Hinoki comes from a long established and sustainable plantation situated in the mountain highlands of Taiwan.

Our Hinoki comes from plantations in the central mountain regions of Taiwan, where commercial operations were established as early as 1895. Favourable growing conditions and diligent farming practice ensured the industry was successful, solidifying its place as a product of true cultural significance.
A prized wood and national treasure, Taiwanese Hinoki is celebrated both as a construction material and for its beneficial health properties. To achieve a higher quality and more defined scent our incense uses top grade wood carefully selected from left over cosmetic grade logs. This ensures a brilliantly sustainable and exceptionally fragrant end product.
